I guess I’m a gastronomical trendsetter. According to the Houston Chronicle, Homemade Marshmallows are all the rage. Even top Houston restaurant Mark’s American Cuisine is making marshmallows a regular part of their haute cuisine. Personally, I’ve been making homemade marshmallows from an old family recipe for years. I guess I’ve been ahead of the curve – who knew?
Just so you’re on top of the coming trends, I’m thinking about making my own ketchup next. We’ll see how that goes.
