		<description>I love the San Saba peach pecan amaretto jelly!  I can&#039;t wait to try your recipe!  After you ladle the jelly into the jars did you boil the jars?  I don&#039;t have a presure cooker and was just wondering if I could just use a large pot to boil them in?  I have made pepper jelly before but just done the &quot;quick &amp; easy&quot; method where you don&#039;t boil the jars after they are filled.
