Weather for Christmas Eve
Please pray for beautiful weather for Christmas Eve! The current long range weather forecast is high in the low 50′s. Still a little chilly for me.
I’m waiting to hear what Frank Billingsley has to say about Christmas Eve’s weather. He’s Krystal’s favorite weatherman and has recently won me over when he admitted that he had no idea that it was going to snow a few days ago. Any weatherman who admits that he got the weather wrong is a weatherman I think I can trust.
WordPress 2.7
Do you ever wonder just what makes huhns.org run? It is run off a freeware content management system named WordPress. It is specifically designed to work well with blogs and is probably the most popular blogging software out there. Their newest release – WordPress 2.7 – is a huge upgrade to the backside application that actually runs WordPress and makes it much easier to make changes. It’s very nice.
Just thought you’d like to know. (Yes, I get excited about little things.)
Aussie Author of the Month
Kayla was honored today at school as “Aussie Author of the Month” for November. She got to read her story on the morning announcements before the whole school. As you can imagine, we are very proud.
